Responsibilities Receive inbound calls from field operatives. Listen to engineer personal issues, pay queries and general wellbeing. Investigate and escalate queries to relevant management team. Feedback to the engineer in a timely manner and ensure the issue is resolved Outbound calling for wellbeing check and monitor the engineer journey. Admin experience preferred but not essential.
