Join to apply for the Operations Associate role at Greyhound Capital.
We are looking for an exceptional Operations Associate to work closely with the Head of the Investment Team and play a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting the team’s day-to-day effectiveness. This role is both dynamic and impactful.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with a generalist operations or business background, who is tech-savvy, highly organised, and eager to take ownership across a range of responsibilities. You’ll be central to streamlining processes, supporting executive operations, implementing simple tech tools (e.g. Notion, CRM, automation), and enabling the team to work smarter and more effectively.
We are not looking for deep technical expertise — instead, we’re looking for someone who loves improving systems, learning new tools, and solving problems pragmatically. If you're entrepreneurial, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy wearing multiple hats, this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and maintain our CRM (Affinity), including updating records and generating pipeline and portfolio reports.
* Track individual and team performance against goals (e.g. using CRM data, project tracking tools, NPS).
* Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and implement improvements using modern software tools.
* Document and optimise key processes in tools like Notion and contribute to building internal playbooks.
* Coordinate logistics for team offsites, sourcing trips, and portfolio events, keeping budgets and goals aligned.
* Provide high-quality executive support to the Head of the Investment Team, including calendar management, task prioritisation, and travel coordination.
* Provide light personal assistance, such as booking appointments or coordinating personal travel as needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
* Up to 5 years of total work experience in operations, business administration, project coordination, or a generalist role in a fast-paced environment.
* University graduate with strong academic credentials (minimum 2:1 or equivalent).
* Demonstrated comfort with modern software tools (e.g. Notion, Airtable, CRM systems, automation tools) and a passion for using tech to work smarter.
* Strong track record of ownership and follow-through, especially on projects that improve how teams operate.
* Experience in data tracking, reporting, or light analytics.
* Exposure to entrepreneurial environments, start-ups, or small teams — preferred, not required.
* Experience in executive support or working with senior leadership — preferred, not required.

FIT WITH OUR OPERATING PRINCIPLES
