Key Responsibilities
1. Creating amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
2. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Interacting with customers and educating them on our products, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
4. Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
5. Managing cash and adhering to all policies and procedures for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy.
6. Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
1. Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
2. Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
3. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. A positive and professional attitude.
6. Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
7. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere.
