We are able to offer Full time or Part time work with a minimum availability of 2 days per week, on a daily/adhoc basis or longer term. It is the job of Cover Supervisor to step up when a teacher is absent. You will lead and guide the students through the work provided and assist in understanding the topic. This ensures that the students are up to speed ready for their next lesson. Your key role as a cover supervisor will also be to ensure you manage the classroom behaviour whilst safeguarding the students accordingly. Requirements: Previous experience in a classroom setting is desirable but not essential The ability to engage students, keeping them on task, and to manage a classroom An energetic, confident and enthusiastic personality Easily adaptable to different subjects and ages of students Hold or be prepared to apply for an enhanced DBS If you are interested in this role, please apply through this advert or apply on our Protocol Education website.
