Location: Flexible, with international travel as required Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm Salary: Up to £60,000 Key Responsibilities: Meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives as outlined in the annual plan. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high standards of service, from timely deliveries to technical support. Develop and execute promotional plans within budget and aligned with broader business goals. Deliver new business opportunities according to targets set in the annual planning process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, and report on sales performance versus budget. Collaborate closely with planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Serve as a go-to resource for export-related processes, particularly those involving products of animal origin. Oversee administrative aspects of sales processes, including price files, order tracking, and promotional documentation. Liaise with the supply chain and logistics teams to manage stock levels and proactively address any potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Who Were Looking For: We need a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in international sales, ideally within the food and drink sector. Experience in export and account management is essential, and fluency in additional languages (especially German) is a strong advantage. You should be able to think strategically while executing tactically, comfortable with hands-on challenges, and have excellent relationship-building skills. Requirements: Minimum of three years in a sales-focused role, with a background in food and drink. International export and account management experience. Fluent English, other European languages as a plus. Proficient in MS Office and general IT tools. Full UK or EU driving license and the legal right to work in the UK.
