Role Overview: In your role as a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. Key Responsibilities: As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This includes managing the cleaning rota and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
Qualifications: HC-One is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, ideally, although great training will be provided. You will need excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as a positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding: Recognizing the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect is essential. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional training in associated areas. You should be able to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if necessary.
