An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the inpatients - Adults and Specialist Rehabilitation Division, to support our clinical services.
We have 3 posts (37.5hrs vacancy): 2 WTE Vacancies at Moseley Hall Hospital and 1 WTE at West Heath Hospital. The working hours are between Monday - Sunday, 8 AM - 8 PM.
The posts will cover a range of administrative duties, predominantly:
1. Data input
2. Photocopying
3. Telephone answering
4. Monitoring of generic/personal email accounts
5. Scheduling of appointments
6. Pulling patient records
7. Welcoming visitors
Experience working on Rio is preferred.
