We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a company based near Chichester. You will have previous experience of working within a Customer Service Managerial role, leading a team to improve customer satisfaction, you will also play a key role in the implementation of CRM systems. As a Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Team leadership and management Customer Service Operations Process development and improvement CRM implementation and workflow automation Requirements: Previous experience of working as a Customer Service Manager, leading a team Excellent communication skills both written and verbally Familiarity with CRM systems Experience of implementing new processes Benefits: Private healthcare & life insurance Free onsite parking 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) Company events This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm and Fridays 8am to 12pm.
