Description You will lead and deliver changes to the airfield infrastructure, working closely with Solutions and Airside Engineering to ensure the needs of Airlines, Ground Handlers and other business partners are met. The Aerodrome Compliance Lead acts as a focal point for Airside Operations, providing specialist airfield operational and planning advice. Responsibilities Ensuring changes to airside infrastructure, development, and planning meet CAA licensing requirements. Coordinating the programme of works across the airfield infrastructure with Solutions. Engaging with the CAA Safety Regulation Group (SRG) on Change Management process, ensuring notification and approval for proposed active or planned initiatives is gained in relation to the changes to the CAA Certification basis. Supporting development of Airside operational policies and standards for future assets, infrastructure, technology, and process developments, ensuring they meet Airside’s safety, operational and environmental performance objectives. Monitoring and reporting on delivery of Airfield changes and developments against agreed timelines through effective governance, success measures and risk mitigation from an airside perspective, in conjunction with Solutions where appropriate. Qualifications Currently obtains a full UK DVLA driving licence. Excellent understanding of the core factors of Airfield operations and policy or guideline standards (CAP 1168 and CAA) for aerodrome infrastructure changes. Expertise in project management planning and delivery. A proven in track record in influencing and negotiation across broad levels internally and externally. Ideally, you will also have: Experience of regulatory engagement, with a strong experience and capability in several the following the disciplines: development, design, process engineering, quality, construction delivery, commissioning. Significant experience or knowledge of airside operations.
