The Clinical Lead Nurse will ensure that patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support the delivery of outstanding patient care. We are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience to join our team as a Clinical Lead Nurse and help our practice grow. The role will primarily focus on clinical duties, allowing protected time for leadership and administrative tasks that form part of the role. Clinical Lead Nurse responsibilities will include: Work alongside our Clinical Nurse Manager to maintain, support, and introduce updates to clinical standards in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team. Develop protocols and SOPs for specific areas of the practice to ensure a standardized approach and an evidence-based approach to patient care is achieved Work with the clinical teams and other lead nurse/s to organise patient flow on a day-to-day basis to ensure the most effective and efficient approach to the workload.
