From capturing magical moments in our nurseries to creating eye-catching social media posts, youll gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic team. In this role, youll work towards yourLevel 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Assist in producing creative content aligned with marketing briefs, including social media posts, videos, blogs, and podcasts. Conduct market research to understand our target audience and trends in digital content. Develop and distribute content across digital platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Use tools like Canva to create graphics and edit videos. Learn and apply SEO techniques to optimise content for search engines. Collaborate with the team to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4) to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role. Is creative, passionate about digital content, and eager to learn. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Is organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Has a strong interest in social media platforms and trends. Is a team player who can also work independently.
