Your Role
Stockport MBC has an exciting paralegal opportunity within the Planning and Highways Legal Team. You’ll work within a friendly and supportive team of seven colleagues, in an environment where your professional development will be nurtured and appreciated.
The successful candidate will be required to primarily draft traffic regulation notices and orders, undertaking relevant research as necessary, and liaise with and advise client officers in the traffic management and highway teams.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a desire to learn and develop at pace. This role will be very hands-on and will allow you to gain invaluable and varied experience within a large organisation whilst being autonomous with your own matters.
We pride ourselves on our supportive, friendly and flexible culture putting your wellbeing at the centre of your personal development. If appointed to this role, you will receive training and support from colleagues. The team is small and friendly and very appreciative of its paralegal support.
