Account Manager

Full time, Permanent
Salary: £38,000 to £44,000 per annum + up to 12% on target bonus opportunity
Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid with 1-2 days per week in Winnersh Head Office (RG41, one of the days in the office has to be a Wednesday)

What You'll Do:
* Manage client budgets effectively, optimising resource allocation and driving improved gross profit
* Develop and maintain robust client and internal stakeholder relationships
* Demonstrate proficiency in company systems (e.g., myWorld, NI) to facilitate seamless account management
* Lead client communications, fostering strong field relationships and ensuring clarity
* Manage day-to-day projects and ad-hoc tasks, delivering on time and within scope
* Generate Statements of Work and Terms & Conditions for all client activities
* Ensure timely invoice generation and issuance
* Develop comprehensive proposals and budgets for new business opportunities
* Attend client and new business meetings as required
* Manage client reporting processes, providing insightful feedback and recommendations
* Identify and implement opportunities for mutual growth
* Resolve operational issues and contribute to the refinement of operational processes
* Provide regular project and issue updates to the Account Director/Business Unit Director
What we're looking for:
* Proactive and solution-oriented approach
* Strong ownership and accountability
* Positive and collaborative attitude
* Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in tactical, strategic or client account management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis
* Demonstrated experience in budget management, forecasting, and expense tracking
