We are looking for an experienced Facilities Support Manager to join our team at the Whiteleaf Centre in Aylesbury.
You'll ensure the effective operational running of soft FM services which includes the management of ancillary and administrative staff. You'll be carrying out standard of cleanliness, food hygiene and waste management audits in line with current standards and legislation.
You'll be part of a passionate team providing operational support across two sites. You must be able to communicate and work with staff internally and externally at all levels. In this role, we'll support your personal and professional development giving you access to trust wide learning and development programmes.
This role requires operational support working across Aylesbury and other sites supported by Facilities. Applicants must have a full valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work. Adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010 where required.
Key Responsibilities
* Management and training of facilities staff
* Ability to travel to locations in Aylesbury and surrounding areas
* Rota and absence management
* Overseeing recruitment of facilities staff
* Communication with Senior Teams across the trust
* Ability to work on various IT packages
