As our Plumber, you will carry out cyclical replacements of complete bathrooms in both void and occupied properties, servicing and maintaining hot and cold-water systems and carrying out minor heating works and connections; ensuring services are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
What are we looking for?
With demonstrable post qualification experience in Plumbing, you will be customer focused, carry out work to a high quality and will have experience of working for a Social Landlord.
You’ll have recent experience of undertaking multi-trade works e.g. joinery, plastering, tiling, painting, and have an understanding and experience of working to current Health and Safety requirements.
The successful candidate will be issued with a company vehicle, mobile device and all power tools will be provided. You will be expected to work across the East Midlands.

The hours of work are 37 per week, which is usually worked 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 3.30pm Friday, with an hour for lunch except on a Friday. The ideal candidate will be required from time to time to make themselves available for out of hour call out duties.
