We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent to fuel our continued growth. If you have a passion for sourcing and hiring the best, this is your chance to make a real impact and be part of an evolving team.
About the role:
You will partner with managers across the business to recruit talent into various corporate teams including finance, marketing, buying, merchandising, IT, and HR. You will also contribute and take the lead on various projects to improve our offering as a team, for both managers and candidates.
This is a great time to join us, as we build our new HR strategy with Talent Acquisition as a core focus.
Based in Avonmouth on a hybrid working basis, you will be in the office at least 2 days/week.
Compensation: Competitive salary, bonus scheme, pension, 4 x life assurance, healthcare, 25 days leave annually (including Christmas shutdown).
What you will be doing:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including writing job adverts, sourcing, screening, facilitation of interviews, and offer management.
2. Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to find and attract high-quality candidates.
3. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver strong shortlists.
4. Assess candidates for role and culture suitability in initial screening conversations.
5. Facilitate interviews and ensure an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
6. Drive initiatives to attract diverse talent and ensure an inclusive hiring process.
7. Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to optimise hiring processes.
8. Contribute to wider HR projects to continually improve our offering.
About you:
1. Proven experience in a generalist talent acquisition or recruitment role (gained either in-house or at agency).
2. Expertise in sourcing techniques to engage top talent.
3. Excellent communication skills, with the natural ability to build relationships with those around you.
4. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
5. Familiarity with ATS and HR software (experience with Talos and Bamboo is a plus).
6. A passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
7. Confidence to suggest and implement continual improvements.
8. Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK.
