A highly successful and growing business based in Birmingham are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join the team.
This is a newly created position and would suit candidates who have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills gained in a client facing role, perhaps you have experience working in Client Services, Customer Support, Customer Service, or as a Recruitment Coordinator etc.
As Recruitment Administrator you will be looking after the companies sub-contractor network, you will be building strong relationships to enhance service quality and subcontractor satisfaction and retention and helping them to deliver outstanding customer service.
Your key responsibilities as Recruitment Administrator will include negotiating job offer terms with subcontractors and providing onboarding support; ensuring they are fully integrated with the use of systems and familiar with industry guidelines. You will be monitoring subcontractor performance and reaching out to subcontractors who have become inactive to explore opportunities for reengagement.
