As Website and Digital Executive, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance and growth of our multilingual website and app, using a content management system. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work part of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Support the Website & Digital Lead with the prioritising, testing and implementation of regular development sprints. Manage ad-hoc website changes needed to support technical SEO optimisation with support from our SEO agency. Make website changes needed to support regular product reviews, strategic projects and the and implementation of any new regulations, as needed. Contribute to the launch of high profile and critical innovation and transformation projects, including the launch and ongoing improvement of a new all-in-one app. Use performance and other analytics to track and evaluate website performance, recommend improvements, and produce reports for management. Support website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, for SEO. Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Continuously look to make improvements to the website ensuring it is accessible to users with access needs. Work with the front end and UX developers to improve website and app UX. Monitor performance of the website and identify ongoing optimisations and improvement. What you'll bring: Previous experience of using a content management system, ideally Optimisely CMS 12, is essential. Proven track record of web development activity and achievements. UX experience with proven track record in optimising and improving web customer journeys. Expertise in SEO best practices, preferable within Financial Services or Digital services industry. Strong understanding of SEO tools and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush and Moz. Experience implementing a variety of web analytics tools. Highly analytical with proven experience in using behavioural data to improve the website experience. Omnichannel digital expertise. Experience managing a team of both content editors and backend developers. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom. This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
