Let's talk about the role: The Customer Operations CoE provides operational support to the Supply Chain Customer Operations function. Responsible to ensure accurate and consistent change management and compliance, training, and operational readiness for change implementation. Making sure People, Processes and Systems are aligned to deliver the best Service to our Customers. The Salesforce Coordinator role sits within the Customer Operations COE Change team, working on the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud. Assuring project goals are achieved by supporting the Project Lead and Change Partner, handling day-to-day project activities, and collaborating with the wider team. How You Will Make a Difference: - Positively deliver project tasks in collaboration with internal teams. - Support with mass updates and maintenance of Salesforce data. - Contribute to the creation of Salesforce Knowledge articles. - Support with Salesforce UAT as required. - Assist with effective communication and stakeholder engagement. - Coordinate project activities and function as the Change Partner's back up. - Raise and escalate project risks and support development of contingency plans. - Work with internal teams to identify any areas of improvement and promote Continuous Improvement approach across the teams. Skills for Success - Experience of project lifecycle and embedding of system change to operational team is desirable - Experience of working within a fast-paced customer focused operations environment delivering change - Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic working environment - Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, especially Excel - English written and spoken at business standard. Other language skills would be desirable but not essential. - Proactive problem solver with a process-oriented approach - Keen collaborator and able to work with colleagues across different functions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication to suit varied audiences and different levels of stakeholders.
