Broker Partnership Manager, Vertu Motors Here at Vertu Motors we have a unique opportunity for a Broker Partnership Manager to join our Finances Business Services team. This management role plays a pivotal part in driving performance working alongside our approved broker partner, as well as overseeing the execution of the online customer journey. We are looking for an experienced Finance Partnership Manager, you will be both driven, adaptable and responsive to ensure we meet customers financial objectives whilst also supporting the groups dealership network. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to build strong relationships, consistently deliver a strong performance through efficiencies and strong conversion metrics. You must have experience of working in a regulated environment and can adapt to continuous regulatory change. You must have strong leadership and people management skills to lead your team to deliver business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong communication and organisational skills. Tasks Monthly and quarterly performance reviews with broker partner Perform regular audits with the broker partner and report findings to senior management Monthly performance reviews with wider F&I team Attend best practice sessions with F&I development team Dealership visits to support and promote the near prime broker service Manage customer concerns with broker partner and dealership Identify and present opportunities to increase performance Provide support to the team, covering days off and annual leave Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting on agreed SLA measures. Review the online sales performance to provide valuable insight to improve the customer journey. For this role we are looking for you to have: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent knowledge of working with Excel and PowerPoint Good knowledge of FCA regulation Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Comfortable working autonomously whilst managing a large number of dealership performance actions.
