They are looking for a skilled Marketing and Content Executive to join their team and contribute to our growth through creative and data-driven marketing initiatives. Role Purpose: In this role, you’ll be integral to developing marketing strategies that increase engagement with our products and services. Working alongside both internal and external teams, you’ll support customer inquiries, provide detailed technical information, and ensure marketing campaigns effectively reach target audiences. Key Responsibilities: CRM and Platform Management Maintain and optimise CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to ensure accurate data and customer engagement. Update website content as needed and oversee incoming inquiries. Manage profiles and activities on industry-relevant platforms. Social Media and Campaign Coordination Create and post content on social media channels; collaborate with external agencies when necessary. Coordinate marketing campaigns, producing engaging content for emails, banners, and event materials. Vendor and Event Management Work with external partners to produce branded materials, including videos, brochures, and digital assets. Plan and organise logistics for conferences and events, handling registration, booth setup, and post-event feedback. Reporting and Analytics Prepare monthly marketing reports, track key metrics, and update CRM with new leads. Track digital metrics (e.g., Google Analytics) and report on the ROI of campaigns and events. Essential Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with 4 years of experience in a similar role within life sciences. Proven experience in content creation, CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and website management. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign) and video/photo editing tools. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and organisational skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Desirable Skills: Relevant qualifications in sales or marketing. Experience organising events, particularly within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
