Birmingham - Hybrid working (1 day a week)

JGA are excited to be partnering with an exciting people focussed business who are seeking a culture driven Payroll & Reward Manager. This role with focus on Payroll & Reward function at a strategic level, implementing best practice and leading on process improvement initiatives.
What is expected from candidates:
* Overseeing Pay & Reward on a strategic level
* Creating a function that attracts and retains talent.
* Large team management.
* High volume payroll experience.
* Able to lead on process improvements and initiatives.
* Manage yearend processes.
* Drive a customer focussed and high performing culture.
* Lead on continuous improvement, able to analyse data to identify best avenue for improvement.
Skills desired:
* CIPP qualification, or relevant experience.
* Experience in process improvement initiatives
* Experience with complex ERP & Payroll solutions.
* Capability to work well with stakeholders to improve service delivery.
* Experience in payroll, pension and reward legislation.
* Previous experience in leading and motivating a team in fast-paced/high volume environment.
