Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Cheltenham (Flexi-Working Available)
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 + Bonus & Benefits
The Company:
We are working in close partnership with a highly regarded Wealth Management outfit who are seeking to add a number of new members to the Client Servicing team in Cheltenham to help with the provision of Financial Advice to valued clients.

Providing a comprehensive range of advice services, specializing in Tax, Financial and Estate Planning services to both corporate and private clients this business will offer the opportunity to work on a varied case load with great opportunity for progression through ongoing CPD.
The Role:
1. Supporting and working closely with team members.
2. Arranging team meetings, client meetings and appointments.
3. Administering new client pensions, investment, and risk contracts.
4. Effectively liaising with product providers and partners.
5. Managing and finalizing client documentation ensuring completeness.
6. Managing and coordinating annual client reviews.
7. Processing investments, fund switches and sales documentation within SLA.
8. Checking and completing investment transactions to ensure in line with original instructions.
9. Dealing with client queries.
10. Ensuring the back-office system is up to date.
11. Keeping up to date with FCA regulations and internal policies and procedures.
The Required Skills:
1. Prior experience of working within a Financial Planning Firm.
2. Strong Pensions and Investments product knowledge is desirable.
3. Proactive can-do attitude.
4. Previous experience using financial planning CRM known as CURO is advantageous!
5. Team Player.
6. Financial Services Qualifications such as progress towards Certificate in Financial Services or the level 4 diploma in financial planning would be highly desirable, as well as a good knowledge about the workings of the FCA.
