Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner - 6 month FTC
Location(s): Hybrid - Manchester, Gloucester or Harlow
Job Description:
Working across the Raytheon UK core business areas, supporting the recruitment lifecycle within RTX. This role will involve a collaborative approach to acquiring talent both internally and externally to meet future resourcing needs.
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, attracting, evaluating and hiring candidates to fill open positions. With a direct to market model, the focus is to deliver for the business, utilising a blended approach to ensure appropriate service level agreements are met.
What you’ll do:
* Forge Relationships – develop and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, elevating the visibility of the talent acquisition team through consistent engagement and proactive meetings.
* Partner with People & Culture Business Partners to ensure recruitment requirements are effectively met and tracked.
* Partner with the talent development team to fill roles from internal talent pipelines from early careers to future leaders.
* Manage the candidate experience, including providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
* Develop effective sourcing strategies and manage the overall delivery of recruitment service.
* Maintain an understanding of the complex and diverse recruiting needs, translating these to robust recruitment solutions.
* Implement plans to ensure diversity, attraction, and candidate experience are prioritized.
* Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
* Post job openings on various platforms and source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
* Design and deliver tailored market-focused presentations to stakeholders.
* Drive success of recruitment delivery, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to agreed metrics.
* Manage reference checks, security requirements, and background screenings on potential candidates.
* Prepare synthesized monthly/quarterly analysis of results and action plans.
Who we are looking for:
* Demonstrated success in permanent or contract recruitment, ideally within a matrix organisation.
* Proven track record in direct to market recruitment.
* Flexible approach to sourcing candidates both internally and externally.
* Proven internal resourcing experience.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Cyber security/Software, defence, or Aerospace recruitment disciplines.
* Experience working with internal business partners on talent pipelines and early careers.
