What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Primary School are wishing to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to work alongside the headteacher, support, promote and uphold the Catholic Ethos and values of the school and help lead the school on the next exciting phase of its journey.
Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Primary School is a community primary school in the village of Bentley on the outskirts of Doncaster, with 132 pupils on roll.
Through our school Mission Statement, ‘Love God, love our community, share kindness’, we pride ourselves on our strong Catholic ethos and on our nurturing and inclusive environment that puts children at the heart of everything we do.
The successful candidate will continue to build on our school’s current strengths and successes which can be summarised in our most recent OFSTED inspection which states that ‘Pupils are very proud of their school. They say school is a really good place to be. Pupils feel safe in school and hold their teachers in high regard. They describe everyone as friendly.’
We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who can inspire our children, staff and community to lead us through the next exciting phase of our development with drive, creativity and energy. The successful candidate will be a passionate, collaborative, motivational and compassionate leader. This post will have a teaching commitment.
