Job Objective
The Brand Ambassador is responsible for communicating the benefits of Stormtech’s products and initiatives to our partners across the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Brand Ambassador is the main point of contact between Stormtech and our customers with a primary focus on providing sales support, training and educating, driving brand awareness, and activating accounts in conjunction with our distribution partners.
Nature & Scope
This position will report to the Director of International Sales and will work closely with the UK/EU Sales Manager to implement & execute sales initiatives to help achieve the company’s overall sales goals.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, high energy and results-oriented professional seeking a dynamic position in sales support and account management, specializing in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have promotional products industry experience as well as expertise in customer relations, product knowledge training and running sales campaigns to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Specific Accountabilities
* Sales support for UK & Ireland customers
* Providing product suggestions, fulfilment solutions & inventory levels to customers
* Sending follow up notes after meetings
* Selling & seeding samples
* Following up on customer projects & sales initiatives
* Creating and sending virtual presentations
* Maintaining and updating Salesforce
* Distributing sales/marketing assets
* Participating in regional roadshows & tradeshows
* Providing backup customer service support when required (e.g. order entry, order updates)
* Provides office support when required (e.g. shipping samples, inventory counts)
Experience Required
* 5 years work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Business Development Manager or Sales Representative
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Leadership skills with experience managing customers
* Organisation and time management skills
Skills Required
* Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
* Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
* Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
* Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
* Results orientated, self-motivated and driven to achieve high standard of customer service excellence
* Ability to anticipate problems and resolve issues quickly.
* Familiarity with Microsoft products: Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM
* Strong ability to communicate and present digitally through platforms like Teams
