Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager
Location: Bury HQ BL9 8RR/ Field Based
Working hours: 40 hours per week
What You'll Be Doing:
* Vision & Change: Drive creative and commercial visual merchandising solutions, incorporating local trends while maintaining JD's corporate identity, and plan for new store openings and refits.
* Talent & People: Lead, coach, and develop Visual Specialists and store management teams, identifying key individuals for growth and conducting regular training to elevate store standards.
* Communication & Culture: Ensure effective communication between Franchise Teams and Partners, providing clear feedback and supporting the alignment of visual merchandising with business goals.
* Collaboration: Work with partners, brands, and cross-functional teams to execute new retail opportunities, key campaigns, and store openings while maximizing sales and market presence.
What We're Looking For:
* Extensive field knowledge and good presentation skills with the ability to carry out and implement tasks.
* Exceptional communication skills to provide intelligent, articulate, and concise feedback.
* Proven experience in training and developing teams.
* A commercial individual with a creative personality who can establish effective visual solutions.
* Ability to deliver success through motivation and initiative, ensuring all tasks are carried out punctually and to a high standard.
* This is a field-based role, requiring international travel and overnight stays.
* Driving Licence required.
