Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with care, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. System Management: Use Zendesk for efficient data entry and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. What You Bring to the Role Experience: At least 12 months in Product Support or Customer Service. Education: GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) required; A-Levels preferred. Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Skills and Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritise tasks to meet customer needs swiftly.
