Location: WA4 Area, Warrington
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8:30 AM : 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Early finish Fridays : full pay)
Salary: GBP13.13 : GBP14.74 per hour
Reeson Education is working with a fantastic SEMH school in the WA4 area to recruit a Learning Support Assistant for a full:time, long:term role supporting students across Key Stages 2, 3 and 4.
This specialist school provides a nurturing, structured, and inclusive environment where pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs can thrive. The focus is on building confidence, resilience, and academic success, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities for the Learning Support Assistant:
x2705; Provide 1:1 and small group support to SEMH pupils
x2705; Assist with learning activities and classroom engagement
x2705; Help develop students emotional regulation and social skills
x2705; Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
x2705; Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans
Requirements for the Learning Support Assistant:

x2714; xFE0F; Strong communication and behaviour management skills
x2714; xFE0F; Experience in a school or care setting (desirable but not essential)
