We need a Clinical or Forensic Psychologist whos passionate about helping people with a range of complex mental health needs.
Working up to 40 hours per week, we are offering a competitive salary with an additional welcome bonus of £4,000.

Cygnet Hospital Woking:
Cygnet Hospital Woking offers a range of mental health services for men and women. Cygnet Lodge Woking, our sister hospital close by, provides a high dependency inpatient rehabilitation service for men and extends our care pathway.
Greenacre Ward Mens Low Secure:
Greenacre Ward is our male low secure service. Men on Greenacre may experience behaviours that are challenging, including self-harm or aggression and may be considered a risk to others or have been involved in the criminal justice system.
Your Day-to-Day
1. Youll be working40hours a week
2. Opportunity to work on our Male low secure ward or Female Acute ward
3. Work as a team Psychologist within a multidisciplinary team (MDT)
4. Carry out psychological assessments & provide therapy to individuals & groups
5. Collaboratively develop care plans with the MDT
6. Provide training & supervision to colleagues, & consultation to teams
7. Evaluate the service, contribute to its development & carry out clinical research
8. Disseminate outcomes via conference presentations and publications.
We are looking for someone who is...
9. A HCPC registered Clinical or Forensic Psychologist with experience in a clinical forensic or mental health setting
10. Preferably trained in complex therapies such as Schema focused, Cognitive Analytical and DBT
11. Passionate about working with people with a range of complex mental health needs
12. Capable of treating difficulties such as self-harm, physical & verbal aggression, history of sexual offending and drug & alcohol problems.
