Sales Administrator NG16, Eastwood £24,000 per annum Full Time, Permanent - 9.00am - 5.30pm As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication with customers, efficient order processing and effective coordination of projects from inception to delivery. Responsibilities: Professionally handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments. Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery. Prepare and provide quotations to customers, and diligently follow up on quotes and ongoing projects. Record project details accurately in the CRM system Liaise with manufacturers to obtain quotes Maintain proactive communication with customers to provide updates and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Prior experience in a similar role is essential Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders. SAP experience would be ideal.
