The team support the wellness of approx. 30,000 employees in 36 countries throughout the region. It is a new role and you will report to the EMEA Wellness Manager and will be based in Edinburgh. Job responsibilities Responds to employee queries regarding wellness programmes that come into the team from a variety of channels, including mailbox management and ServiceNow, acts as a first tier resolution point and signposting relevant wellness resources available dependant on location and eligibility Supports with Wellness events and campaigns, including marketing and promotion, logistical planning and content for our Symphony channel and Intranet pages Works with the wider team to enhance visibility and support activity across the EMEA region Produces our monthly newsletters, ensuring content is appropriate for the different locations in the region coordinates the collation of metrics to better understand the impact of initiatives and programmes, helps identify themes and trends Helps building and maintaining our relationship with internal stakeholders across the EMEA region and Supports our Wellness Champion programme and expansion Supports other areas required to deliver the wellness programmes such as vendor onboarding. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills. A strong team player with excellent organisational skills, used to managing varied priorities in a fast paced busy environment, with the ability to take ownership of projects, be proactive and flexible A good communicator who can engage effectively with employees at all levels within the organisation and with external providers Confident in their computer literacy (MS Office; Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and adept at the collation, understanding and analysing metrics and measurement data Someone who is looking to develop their own skillset or enhance their career within the area of Wellness or the broader HR function Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Individual with prior experience in Wellness or who has a demonstrated interest in employee health and wellbeing
