Job Title: Mental Health Social Worker – Older Adults Mental Health Team
Location : Surrey
Rate : Up to £38 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available at Surrey County Council. They are looking for a new member for their Older Adults Mental Health Team.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a Mental Health Social Worker, you will assess and support older adults and their families, provide crisis intervention, and conduct risk assessments. Additionally, you will facilitate access to community resources and services to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be considered for this position, you must be registered with Social Work England, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence. Additionally, you need to have post-qualified experience and possess a degree level or equivalent qualification in social work.
