Job Description : Capability Co-Ordinator Moray House Permanent Closing date – 19th March 2025 We are delighted to share that we are searching for a Capability Co-Ordinator to join our team in at Diageo Moray House Working within Malt Distilling Training Team you will support Training & Competency Lead and report into Capability Manager. You will also support Scotch Training team for wider projects as and when required. This is an important & vital role as we refocus and transition into building standardised practices across Scotch. About the role This exciting role is responsible for the day to day support required to manage a successful training and capability strategy. Key points you would be responsible for are: Identifying where training gaps are within each role and plan the relevant training accordingly, ensuring completion and compliance Prioritising & dealing with raised tickets in relation to all training Updating skills matrices and the relevant systems to ensure training courses are being tracked, recorded and reviewed. Working with all operational sites and external training providers to understand availability for trainees and trainers Booking external training for sites Support and drive training & competency improvement within the capability community. Ensure adherence to plan and budgeted expenses for training. Ultimately, being a source of advice, knowledge, and having the confidence to lead in communication is the pinnacle successful ways of working in this exciting role. Attention to detail and a confident understanding of Microsoft applications as well as the ability to work with learning management systems and other analysis applications will provide you with the tools needed to thrive in this role. Experience of Man Ex, packaging, lean methodologies & process control will be highly beneficial. A full, clean UK Driving License is required for this role due to travel needs.
