Job Description : Business Area Administrator Moray House - Elgin Permanent Closing date - 5 th May 2025 We are delighted to share that we have a fantastic opportunity to join our team in Moray House, Elgin as a Business Area Administrator About the Role?? As a Business Area Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in co-ordinating activities and providing administrative support to site leadership team to support Diageo's Scotch manufacturing sites.? Your role will allow you to support the broader site leadership team where there are critical, ad-hoc or regular activities that need to be arranged, ensuring an efficient & effective administration process.?? You'll ensure all purchase orders and invoices are completed in a timely, accurate and compliant manner whilst ensuring compliance with central administration cost centre spend.?? Diary planning and meeting planning for the leadership team will be the main responsibilities for this role. You'll organise internal and external event booking e.g. conferences, meetings, events, site visits.?? About You? We're looking for someone who can work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions in a timely manner. To be successful in this role you will have a proven ability to plan and coordinate, and you'll have an analytical mindset. You will be solutions oriented and be committed to overcome obstacles and get results.? Your experience in building relationships will be essential as well as ensuring a smooth processing and relying on your problem-solving skills when needed.
