BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a part time temporary administrator to join their client in Stockton for a period of 3-6 months. This is the ideal opportunity for an immediately available administrator. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have an up-to-date DBS. The role is fully office based and 3 days a week. Your Responsibilities include: Arrange and coordinate meetings as well as prepare agendas and take accurate minutes. Diary management. Photocopying and binding documents. Compose and produce letters, Maintain an efficient filing system. Provide general administration support. Provide reception cover when needed. You will need: Experience of working in an office environment. Experience of managing and maintaining administration and organisations systems. Excellent understanding of data protection.
