Job Description
Applications are invited from motivated individuals preferably trained to FBCA/ICCM or equivalent standards with the technical ability to be trained in crematoria / cemetery operations.
You will undertake all duties assigned in the provision of a bereavement service, assisting in the crematorium chapel, carrying out routine associated maintenance and ancillary work as determined necessary within the cities 2 municipal crematoria.
You must be an excellent communicator with the ability to cope in difficult situations, be flexible and open to new ways of working and be willing to undertake training and familiarity as required in order to carry out duties.
The ability to operate plant/electronic processes competently, prior knowledge/work experience in the bereavement industry and a current driving licence are desirable.
A shift pattern is in operation including weekends and occasional public holiday working.
