If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for an Maintenance Planner Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, this role will play a key part of our succuss journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following: Role Responsibilities: Ensure that all Planned Maintenance activities are created and appropriately planned, including resources, spare parts and equipment availability for all areas of the Brewery. Managing task allocation based on due date, resource availability and criticality. Forecast when and where external or extra resource is necessary. Use Engineering personnel resource planner to plan maintenance and make sure low resource are flagged to relevant shift engineering managers to ensure appropriate cover is in place. Ensure the planning of work orders using SAP PM, traditional and visual management tools. Run reports to highlight performance & skills gap analysis. Management of all paper documentation, including manuals, drawings and records. Experience and Key Attributes: Previous experience in maintenance planning or coordination within a manufacturing or process-driven industry (e.g., food and beverage, chemicals, pharmaceuticals). Prior experience in a hands-on maintenance role (e.g., Maintenance Technician or Engineer). Demonstrated experience working within Lean Manufacturing and TPM frameworks, including participation in or leadership of improvement initiatives. Knowledge of preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance techniques. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and operations. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Current UK working Rights.
