Would you like to work for the fastest growing colocation provider in Europe?\n\nThis company is currently on the lookout for Customer Service Agents, to join their brand new support desk in Milton Keynes!\n\nThis company has gone from 0 to over 300 employees in the space of 3 years, so the opportunities for progression are endless!\n\nJob description:\n\nAssist in management of Service Desk tickets:\n\n * First point of contact for customer queries by phone or via ticket system.\n\n * Actively monitor any tickets being sent internally and externally and direct them to the right team to support.\n\n * Escalate in a timely manner when tickets are aging and/or require prompt action.\n\n * Advocate for customer in raising any issues being faced and escalating accordingly.\n\nCustomer file management and administrative follow-up:\n\n * Update regularly customer information in the different systems used\n\n * Support customer training regarding new processes, policies and tools\n\nInternal & Team Support\n\n * Raise awareness when gaps in process are being found, or changes need to be made in line with the growth of the business.\n\n * Assist with internal reporting regarding ticket volumes and types of tickets being raised.\n\n * Build a good relationship with the Operational teams and wider teams within the business in order to provide a seamless service to the customer.\n\n * Be an advocate when internal teams are not following process and raise accordingly.\n\n * Assist in gathering information from site teams in order to support customer reporting.\n\n * Responsible for raising customer communications around incidents and maintenances.\n\nTHIS ROLE IS BASED ONSITE IN MILTON KEYNES - 4x DAYS ON, 4X DAYS OFF\n\nTHIS ROLE WILL BE ON A SHIFT PATTERN COVERING 7 DAYS OF THE WEEK. - You will work either 6:45am-6:45pm, or 6:45pm - 6:45am.\n\nThis role is paying up to £33,000 per annum.\n\nIf this sounds like a good fit for you, please apply below
