We are now looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Project Co-ordinator, you will co-ordinate new initiatives and projects identified by the Project Manager and Head of Industry Partnerships. Through working directly with the PM on new and existing projects, you will increase opportunity for income generation and growth within Roads & Highways sector.
You will also play a key role in the Bridge Inspector Certification Scheme (BICS), developing the certification, enhancing the website and providing Secretariat services to the scheme.
Acting as the first point of contact for the Austroads Safety Hardware Training and Accreditation Scheme (ASHTAS) training provider and instructors’ enquiries, you will support other projects and schemes, ensuring great service is delivered.
Additionally, you will:
1. Manage e-portfolio systems across all products
2. Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective business communication
3. Maintain your knowledge of relevant technical requirements, legislative and regulatory drivers
About You
To be considered as a Project Co-ordinator, you will need:
1. Proven project co-ordinator experience
2. Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a business environment
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Strong ability to self-organise, work unsupervised on own initiative, and co-ordinate projects to ensure timely delivery of outcomes
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
6. Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
7. Experienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
