Interaction has a great opportunity for a Technical Sales and Marketing Manager, within the Falmouth Area/Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Listen to client requirements and present an appropriate solution.
2. Maintain and develop business relationships.
3. Prepare tenders, proposals, and quotes in response to enquiries.
4. Represent the company at trade exhibitions.
5. Improve website content and online customer experience.
6. Support our company social media presence.
7. Increase brand awareness.
8. Identify new opportunities for revenue within our market sector.
9. Negotiate contracts.
10. Liaise with other sections of the company to provide a seamless customer experience.
11. Manage the sales and marketing team.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in the offshore survey industry.
2. Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. A high degree of self-motivation, initiative, and ambition.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. Capability to flourish in a competitive environment.
6. A good level of numeracy.
7. Ability and desire to sell.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written format.
9. A positive, confident, and resilient approach.
10. Experience in negotiating to achieve positive outcomes.
