Job Title: Registered Home Manager (RGN) Location: Weymouth Salary: £50,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead a well-established, Small sized care home in Weymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding care to older adults. Key Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership and management to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations. Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe, caring, and effective environment for residents and staff. Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care. Ensure financial and operational performance aligns with company objectives and regulatory requirements. Build and maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and resident experience. Candidate Requirements: RGN qualification is essential. Previous managerial experience within a residential or nursing home setting is preferred but not essential. A strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance. A management qualification (or willingness to undertake one) is desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to manage budgets and drive performance improvements. A current Deputy Manager with leadership and management experience looking to take the next step in their career is encouraged to apply.
