We are looking for a Branch Operations Manager to take charge of our satellite location in Willenhall. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the site operations and managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently achieved.
* Team Management: Lead, support, and manage all staff based at the satellite site to ensure smooth operations.
* Gather information from customers to update our system database accurately.
* Conduct regular checks on filing systems to ensure rental documentation is complete, customer insurance is valid, and fuel receipts are up-to-date.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience in Vehicle Rental
* Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
* Accuracy and speed in handling administrative tasks.
* An excellent telephone manner and clear, concise communication skills.
* Pragmatic, adaptable, and able to work independently, making well-informed, considered decisions.
* Must have A Full Driving Licence
