Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Lettings Negotiator. The Lettings Negotiator will play a crucial role in facilitating the rental process, liaising with both landlords and tenants to achieve successful property matches and ensuring smooth transactions. Responsibilities: Book valuations and offer professional advice to potential landlords and tenants. Ensure strict adherence to office procedures, policies, and maintain awareness of key performance indicators (KPIs). Rotate branch marketing material regularly. Handle the ordering of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and ensure overall compliance with regulations. Conduct property viewings, manage email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML, and provide thorough weekly landlord care. Proactively generate new business opportunities. Qualifications: A natural people person with excellent interpersonal skills. Driven, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or sales position. Articulate with strong negotiation abilities. Experienced valuer with a proven track record of winning new business.
