Legal PA position based in Birmingham city centre. This role is full time and permanent. Client Details My client is a large law firm looking for a Legal PA position based in their Birmingham city centre site. Description Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date and remind Solicitors of meetings and appointments. Deal with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant parties. Attend meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes. Manage incoming and outgoing communications. Coordinate and organise meetings and events. Maintain and update databases and filing systems. Liaise with clients and other staff. Handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols.Comprehensive and proactive diary and travel management, anticipating future demands of senior lawyers and actions required Organising and planning meetings, to include coordinating agendas and papers for internal and external meetings, booking travel and arranging for the necessary equipment. Managing workflow of typing, making appropriate use of the secretarial team Acting as a liaison point for clients and colleagues. Dealing with and screening calls, delivering a positive client experience Assisting with client queries during fee earner absences, monitoring mailboxes and forwarding on emails as appropriate.
