As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will provide efficient and effective administration that promptly enacts and supports the advice given to and authorised by our clients. You will be passionate about client care and dedicated to excellence, with an appetite for learning and personal growth and a willingness to support and champion others.
This role is being recruited for Fiscal Engineers; the team comprises expert advisers with many years of shared knowledge and experience, dealing with high-net-worth individuals and is based in the centre of Nottingham. Fiscal Engineers are proud to be joining the Progeny Group.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing dealing instructions and new business applications for clients.
* Assisting in the production and compilation of Wealth Plan Update reports.
* Monitoring and chasing progress on applications and other transactions with providers.
* Efficiently processing client instructions.
* Raising and identifying potential issues arising within client instructions and passing this on to the Client Service team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Experience as a Financial Services Administrator or with technical aptitude for the position.
* Experience working in a client-facing role.
* Passionate about providing an excellent client service.
* An appetite for learning and personal growth.
* A team player with a willingness to support and champion others.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Possess a can do/will do attitude to take ownership of tasks.
