The Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Compliance Manager to join our team and to be responsible for delivering our group fleet safety strategy. This is a fantastic role for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys new challenges. Here are some of the tasks you will be involved in Design and implement driver training focused on safety Follow DVSA and Traffic Commissioner regulations Advise on driver and fleet compliance Collaborate with the Fleet Safety team on a fleet safety strategy Manage the Company Operators Licence for goods vehicles Provide driver training as needed including collision investigation and speed awareness Report monthly compliance stats Suggest measures to reduce risks Investigate road traffic collisions with police when needed and work with fleet legal representatives for court preparations Lead contract Panel Reviews We would love to hear from you if We are keen to receive applications from accomplished Fleet Managers, with a proven track record in fleet safety and compliance, in addition to being a qualified Fleet Driver Trainer and Transport Manager or CPC holder.
