Lead and Coach Global team, all functions in Complex Root Cause Analysis. In alignment with Grid Solutions standard, define the way that GSI will work (Roles and Responsibilities).
Ensure completion of Complex RCA until it is fully closed (including Lessons Learned from it).
Lead Customer Experience process and tools for GSI in full aligned with Grid Solutions standards. Continuously improve the process under his scope.
Implement Governance for Customer Transactional Survey for GSI. Request, follow up and validate continuous improvement requests from users.
Responsible to training coordinating Key User Communities and keep them trained and competent using processes and tools for Customer Complaints, Non-Conformity, Root Cause Analysis and Lessons Learned.

Business Process Management Systems (e.g. Quality Management Systems, Integrated Management Systems). Work to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes. Standardisation of processes, tools and performance management system. Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy / strategy. A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members and to GSI Leaders. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations. Impacts projects, processes and procedures in own field. The role operates with some autonomy, but is focused on execution of activities / provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures from Grid Solutions. For GSI needs, the functions needs to define the process, roles and responsibilities and implement / deploy it to achieve expected results. Activities require professional judgment, but may require more senior levels of guidance. Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions. Data analytics of Customer feedback and definition of action plan with Regions and Process Owners to improve the way we serve our Customers. Prepare and deliver trainings on Customer Experience topics (RCA, NC, Complaints and Lessons Learned) to GSI at Global Level. Represent GSI as Key User with Grid Solutions (or GE Vernova) Quality committee for Customer Ensures that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards (Preventive). In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. Required Qualifications
This role requires advanced experience in the Quality & Business Process Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience). Desired Characteristics
Internal auditor certified following ISO 9001:2015 requirement. Knowledge on Projects and Manufacturing processes. Ability to navigate at all Levels in the organization, working as team member and communicating to Senior Leaders. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
