We’re looking for a PPC Manager with at least 3 years of experience to join our digital team, working under our Digital Lead to drive the performance of our Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max campaigns. Based in our central Glasgow office, you’ll be responsible for optimising ad spend, scaling campaigns, and ensuring we maximise return on investment.
This is an opportunity to work within a high-performing marketing team, managing paid media for two established brands – Paul McFadden Wealth and GrowthGetters. Key Responsibilities
* Work as part of the digital team, reporting directly to the Digital Lead, to execute and refine the Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max strategy
* Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns to drive high-quality leads and conversions
* Continuously refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives to improve performance
* Run structured A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creatives to improve click-through and conversion rates
* Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve ROI
* Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing video and display ads
* Manage budgets effectively, ensuring ad spend is aligned with performance goals
* Stay ahead of Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
* Ensure all tracking and attribution is properly set up using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking
What We’re Looking For
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max campaigns
* Proven track record of scaling PPC campaigns profitably
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
* Ability to write compelling ad copy and optimise landing pages for better conversions
* Experience with audience segmentation, remarketing, and bid strategy optimisation
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
* Experience in property, finance, or coaching industries is a plus but not essential
* £30,000 per year salary
* Office-based role in central Glasgow
