We have opportunities open for a residential worker Full time of 37hrs on a shift rota basis. You would ideally have sound knowledge of Autism and Disabilities, previous experience within residential care, SEND, Education, early years or help. Within the role you will be a keyworker to children and support families. Excellent administration and IT skills, ability to manage files and compiling reports form much of the role.
We are looking for people to develop and sustain positive relationships with young people and play an active role in service delivery. You will need to provide care to young people between ages of 7 to 18 years with a diagnosis of Learning disability and or Autism with associated learning needs.
